The Autokit Total Ketone Bodies R2 Set contains reagents for use in the Autokit Total Ketone Bodies assay. The R2 set consists of an enzyme reagent and a diluent. The diluent is used to reconstitute the enzyme reagent. The Autokit Total Ketone Bodies assay is an in vitro assay for the quantitative determination of total ketone bodies [acetoacetone (AcAc) and 3-hydroxybutyrate(3-HB)] in serum or plasma.
