Propylhexedrine is an α-adrenergic sympathomimetic amine that acts as a local vasoconstrictor.{23637} It is the active ingredient in some over-the-counter nasal decongestants but may be abused, typically by intravenous or oral delivery of the nasal decongestant.{23637,23638} This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
