Chrodrimanin B selectively inhibits the silkworm GABA receptor RDL (IC50 = 1.13 nM) over human α1β2γ2 subunit-containing GABA receptors (IC50 = 1.48 μM).{48233} The structure of thailandolide B, originally described as a C-9 epimer of chrodrimanin B, was revised in 2012 and is identical to that of chrodrimanin B.{48232}
