Description
An inhibitor of SOD1 in human and mouse blood cells in vitro (IC50s = 2.91 and 3.51 μM, respectively); reduces viability of human and mouse lymphoma cells in vitro independently of Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL (EC50s = 5-6 and 9.73-105.61 nM, respectively); chelates copper and stabilizes an antitumor viral vector in mice when used at a dose of 0.7 mg/kg; inhibits angiogenesis in a mouse model (IC50s = 1.5-3 mg/kg via gavage)
