The Autokit Total Ketone Bodies R1 Set contains reagents for use in the Autokit Total Ketone Bodies assay. The R1 set consists of Thio-NAD reagent and a Buffer. The Buffer is used to reconstitute the Thio-NAD reagent. The Autokit Total Ketone Bodies is an in vitro assay for the quantitative determination of total ketone bodies [acetoacetone (AcAc) + 3-hydroxybutyrate(3-HB)] in serum or plasma.
