Description
This goat anti-mouse IgG HRP is used as the ‘secondary antibody’ for Western blotting or ELISA where the primary antibody was generated in mice. This peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody is suitable for Western blotting when employing detection by commercially available chemiluminescence substrates. Additionally this secondary antibody conjugate can be used to develop ELISAs with substrates like ABTS (2,2′-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]-diammonium salt), OPD (O-phenylenediamine), or TMB (3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine).
