JWH 073 is a cannabimimetic aminoalkylindole which has been identified in herbal incense.{19508} JWH 073 4-methyl naphthyl analog differs structurally from JWH 073 by having a methyl group added at the 4 position of the naphthyl rings. While the effect of this modification to JWH 073 has not been evaluated, the similar addition to JWH 018 produces JWH 122, which has higher affinities for both central cannabinoid (CB1) (Ki = 9.0 and 0.69, respectively) and peripheral cannabinoid (CB2) receptors (Ki = 2.9 and 1.2, respectively).{18232} This product is intended for forensic and research purposes only.
