A flavonoid C-glycoside with diverse biological activities; inhibits xanthine oxidase (IC50 = 51.4 μM) and has antioxidant activity in a β-carotene-linoleic acid bleaching assay (IC50 = 46.3 μM); inhibits neutrophil influx into mouse lung by 62% in a model of airway inflammation induced by aerosol administration of LPS at 400 μg/kg; active against the root-knot nematode (LC50 = 114.66 μg/ml)
