A thiocarbamate antifungal agent; active against dermatophyte clinical isolates (MIC50 = 6-100 ng/ml) and 18 additional yeast and filamentous fungi species (MIC = 0.003-0.8 µg/ml); reduces aflatoxin production in A. parasiticus in a concentration-dependent manner; inhibits squalene epoxidase (IC50 = 12.5 µg/ml in a cell-free assay)
