Pyrrolidine Linoleamide is a derivative of the amide of linoleic acid that shows potent antiproliferative activity against an array of cancer cell lines, including human glioma U251 cells.{28387} It is greater than 4-fold more effective against cancer cells than non-cancer cells.{28387}
